Faraday Bridge is a consultancy business led by Dave Tyas, a solution development expert across both public and private sectors.

Dave started his journey in financial services, helping to set up and then transform a leading automotive finance company.

In 2009 Dave moved into the NHS, first as a healthcare commissioner and then a healthcare provider. In 2010 Dave established Cornwalls Telehealth Service as the largest of its kind in the UK, developing into new clinical areas, providing to other NHS organisations, and co-authoring a number of clinical papers.

Dave joined BT in 2013 as a Health & Social Care expert supporting the development of their digital health propositions. This included building business cases for new technologies to form part of BT's portfolio.

From 2019 to 2025 Dave worked as Client Solutions Director for NHS Professionals, working through the pandemic and beyond to develop and deliver workforce solutions to the NHS including National recruitment campaigns, flexible workforce and agency management services.

Dave has nearly 30 years experience working at Board level and across all stakeholder groups, including the frontline, to ensure solutions are co-designed, developed and delivered withn one clear goal - achieving meaningful outcomes for organisations and citizens.
